I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a great company based Liverpool City Centre. This role includes both customer service and basic administration duties. The main responsibility is to provide day to day support to resident students. This is a temporary position for approximately 4 weeks.
Week 1- 24 hours
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2pm- 8pm
Week 2- 25.5 hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-2pm and Sunday 9am-5pm
Week 3- 25.5 hours
Monday 2pm - 8pm, Thursday and Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Location: L7, Liverpool
· Answering phone calls
· Being first point of contact for residents
· Managing and responding to emails
· Logging and reporting maintenance issues
· Re issuing fobs and keys
· Supporting residents with any queries
