Receptionist

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a receptionist role to join an expanding company within the textile industry.

·  Greeting guests and offering refreshments, ordering breakfast and lunch for customer meetings.

·  Ensuring guests are signed in and out of the building and handing out building passes when necessary for visitors and contractors.

·  General filing, scanning, binding and laminating for sales and design departments.

·  Answering incoming calls and re-directing accordingly, taking messages and ensuring they are handed over to relevant department or person.

·  Keeping track of stationery, kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies, and restocking and maintaining inventory.

·  Taking care of all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels via DHL, Royal Mail and maintaining tracking records.

·  Keeping reception and office areas clean and well equipped.

·  Checking printer and toner supplies and requesting service and call outs for repairs when necessary.

·  Managing meeting room diaries via outlook and ensuring contact lists/seating plans for the office are up to date.

·  Occasionally helping with travel arrangements this would be to include trains/hotels and flights.

·  Contacting relevant contractors for any plumbing or heating issues when needed.

My client is looking for someone who holds up well under pressure, and who is looking to grow with the business. Salary is between 18-20K, hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with a 30 Minute lunch. Holidays are 20 per year and we do have free parking on site.
