We are currently recruiting an experienced receptionist who is available immediately to join a friendly company based in Chester City Centre on a short term basis.
This position will involve the below;
- Meeting room bookings
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Arranging meeting rooms and lunches for client meetings
- Arranging supplies for office (e.g. milk, coffee, food)
- Answering company phone
- Sorting incoming mail
- Scanning documents
- Other admin tasks
This is a part-time position working Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.
