We are looking to hire a Rebates Analyst within a Sales Operations team. This role will be responsible for handling, validating and processing all rebates within the Program - running existing rebate structures and also participating in the rollout of new rebate structures. There will be a responsibility to produce reports, metrics, and review/analyse rebate performance within the Program as well as Partner and Distributor compliance relating to rebate criteria. You role will work closely with Distributors, Partners and internal partners across the business.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Support Channel Operations Manager in target setting, rebate scheme structures and their operationalisation.

·  Manage, calculate, review and validate rebate claims for Partners and Distributors. Track rebate statistics and review rebate performance.

·  Ensure all processes and calculations are in line with internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

·  Provide Partners, Distributors, and Sales Management with metrics and status of all rebate schemes and rebate claims

·  Provide data to Finance relating to rebate accruals, claims and credit notes

·  Work with Global Channel Analytics team to review and validate revenue data and rebate results

What we need from you:

·  Good knowledge of rebate or claim processes and or previous experience of working in a Finance/Sales Operation environment

·  Confident user of Excel - pivot tables and functions, including VLookup.

·  Attention to Detail - Methodical in approach and can demonstrate the ability to recognise data discrepancies

·  Analytical Skills - Able to confidently build, validate and interpret data and identify trends

·  Communication / Teamwork - Has ability to deliver written and verbal information effectively and displays ability to work and collaborate with internal partners (both regionally and globally) and external Distributors and Partners
