JOB TITLE: Quality Support Engineer

Role:
To supply certification document packs

To develop continuous improvement projects

Key Tasks :
1. Document pack creation
Collate certificates from suppliers & other sites, including internal assembly & test reports.

2. Maintaining Quality Dept systems
- Developing QA intranet site & administering changes
- Creating & maintaining work instructions for Notifications
- Collating monthly report data

3. Maintenance of QA complaints system:
- Create weekly report/analysis of UK complaints
- Send out weekly email + 6 month escalation
- Control escalation communication at 4 & 5 month levels
4. Continuous Improvement Projects
- Developing & supporting Wet & Gas Seal product areas for process solutions
- Analysing & interpreting data for improvement projects
- Improving efficiency of QA processes
5. Internal Auditing
- Audit internal depts as part of the UK schedule (audit, report & support in closing non-conformities)
- Support in external audits (LRQA/customer)

Required previous experience:
ISO9001 Quality Assurance knowledge.

Required Technical Knowledge:
ISO9001:2008 knowledge
Internal auditing certificate
Education/Qualifications :
Degree/HND qualifed in Science/Engineering/QA
