Job Title: Quality Engineer
Salary: �DOE
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: 40 hours p/w

Large central Poole client requires a Quality Engineer to join their busy team. This role will involve supporting the Quality Team in auditing and reporting on the business compliance in line with the Quality System, as well as auditing all aspects of the system itself to ensure it is robust, fit for purpose and assist with product delivery.

This role will also carry a shared responsibility in the creation and management of all technical documentation including Build Specifications, Visual Standards and Quality Standards.

Skills and Experience:
-Experience of scheduled audits
-Analysis of data, understanding of factors that lead to failures within the system, enabling its continuous improvement and development
-Undertaking random spot audits as required
-Supporting for audits, inspections, creation of reports, attendance at meetings, etc. as required

Minimum Requirements:
-Previous experience working with ISO 9001 Quality Systems in manufacturing
-Good IT skills with MS Office and SharePoint
-Understanding of root cause/corrective action analysis techniques
-A broad technical knowledge of machinery, systems and electrical infrastructure
-Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
-Experience in a marine background preferred but not essential
