Quality Controller
Position: Quality Controller
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary/Rate: £20,000
Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week (Sunday - Thursday)

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller to join our new client based in Waltham Cross. This position is offering a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum and our client is looking for someone with previous QC experience.

This role will be split across the Warehouse and office areas and therefore would ideally be looking for someone with experience in both environments. Previous stock experience and working within a chilled environment would be advantageous as this role may require you to work within different temperatures.

Areas of responsibility include:

*To check all stock on intake according to customer specification

*Record relevant details of inbound stock and report any issues found

*Record temperatures of cool chain areas and report any issues found

*Positive release of finished product according to customer specification

*Reporting any faults or damage to the supervisor.

*Ensure that you uphold the company health and safety policy at all times.

*Due to the nature of the company business, it is required of employee's to work overtime, which they will receive the appropriate hourly rate.

Skills and Experience required:

*Previous Quality Control and/or stock control experience would be preferable.

*Strong attention to detail.

*Methodical and process driven.

*Computer literate. Proven experience in using the Microsoft office packaging.

*The ability to work in a fast paced work environment.

*Ability to fit in well within a small team.
