As a result of a QMS integration project, my client, a hugely successful and respected company, is now looking for a Quality Assistant to join their team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll be assisting the Quality Manager to ensure process and quality compliance within a regulated environment. This will involve:
* Creating and Reviewing QMS documentation.
* Reviewing Batch documentation.
* Quality Systems: Reporting, reviewing, investigating, root cause analysis, assessing non-conformances, customer complaints and CAPA's.
* Document Management and Control in a regulated environment.
* Customer and Supplier Complaints- Initiating, investigating, follow up and close out
* QC Checks, Testing and Reporting
* Creating Labels and updating the Labels excel databases..
* Providing guidance and assistance to quality related issues in Operational areas and to Customers.
Person Specification:
You'll have gained experience within a Quality environment, ideally in medical, pharmaceutical, food or a science-based manufacturing organisation, along with the following:
* A good understanding of Quality Compliance within an ISO regulated or GMP Operational environment
* Proficient in MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and experience in database use.
* Ability to handle varying workloads and project management.
* Validation experience
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Organisational skills
* A High Level of Attention to detail.
* Able to prioritise workload and work to agreed timescales.
* A good team player
