An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Audit assurance administrator to join a local authority organisation based in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible of supporting the maintenance of databases and information systems working across a number of Early years and children centres for the regular collection, collation and interrogation of statistical and qualitative information.

Key duties include:

·  To support the collation of audit, monitoring and performance data for partner agencies

·  To analyse and generate reports as appropriate and support the service in the preparation data requirements for regulatory monitoring.

·  Provide coherent and accurate data analysis producing high quality management information of reports from a range of systems

·  Take part in OFSTED inspections, providing data support, attending focus groups and report on local data base of OFSTED judgements.

·  Upload, check and regularly cleanse the data held on their database, ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date

·  Liaise as necessary with other services that use the local MIS databases in relation to the maintenance of agreed standards for data quality, data confidentiality, and syste,mm documentation as required.

·  To keep up to date with relevant legilation regarding data protection and date retention and ensure sharing is conducted in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.
