The QA Technician will report into the QA Supervisor and will be responsible for the following areas:
To perform the QA review and audit of device history records (DHR) throughout its life cycle to required time-lines and schedules.
Compile the batch DHR, perform a review and audit of Quality Records in accordance with approved procedure.
To execute inspection and release activities of purchased label copy components to required time-lines and schedules.
Authorise the release of finished products for sale; producing release certificates, applying status labels.
Perform the necessary MacPac transactions and complete the required documentation for components and product lots dis-positioned as Approved for Release and for Rejection.
Archiving - Facilitate retrieval and delivery of requested archived documents to customers in a timely manner. Ensure records are managed in accordance with their classification and protection requirements.
Organised and practical in work approach, with excellent attention to detail. Able to operate efficiently with rapidly changing priorities
Key points: -
Working 37.5 hours per week (Week 1, 8 till 4, Week 2 10 till 6)
A minimum of secondary education, or equivalent qualification completed in Maths and English

Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to work within a team or independently
Experience of using computer packages including Word, Excel, MacPac and if possible GQMS.
