North Wales Police are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their Purchasing and Creditors team for 12 months initially.
The post is to provide robust administrative and customer service support to the finance department, assisting with the transaction elements of the Purchasing and Creditors team.
Applicants must have good IT skills, be confident in using Excel, and have previous experience working in a transactional environment. Duties will include:
Input, control, verification, and processing of transactions and processes and records within the designated IT systems
Ensure all relevant records are updated, maintained & kept secure, complying with obligations under relevant legislation
To ensure correct Budget Codes are used
To deal and ensure that queries and requests from customers internal and external are responded to efficiently, accurately
The role is to cover 30.5 hours per week.
