Our respected client is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The duties will involve providing support to the Purchasing & Procurement department by processing purchase orders, acting as the first point of contact for suppliers, dealing with invoices, ensuring company database is kept up to date, dealing with supplier issues and reporting.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a background in an Administration role within a Procurement or Purchasing environment.
-Have excellent Microsoft Office skills including a good level of Excel.
-Be self motivated, confident and have the ability to prioritise.

Hours of work will be full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
