My client is looking for a Purchase ledger,

Purchase ledger

·  To receive, sort and process all Supplier invoices, Staff expense forms, and requests for payment

·  To input Supplier details to the accounts system and keep records up to date

·  To show good knowledge of nominal coding and ensure postings are consistent

·  Prepare and process monthly supplier BACs payments via on-line banking system;

·  Prepare and process mid-monthly staff expenses BACs payments via on-line banking system;

·  To reconcile Supplier accounts to monthly statements;

·  To deal with all supplier enquiries via telephone, email and post;

·  To add customer purchase orders and specific client coding to the accounts system where possible

·  To assist with credit card purchases for the company and reconcile the monthly credit card statements;
