Temporary Purchase Ledger

Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a thriving Energy Company, working in Manchester within the Accounts and Finance department on a long term temporary basis.

Salary : £10.00 per hour

Location : Manchester

Hours : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Job Description:

As an Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be working with the Accounts and Finance department, and will be providing support on the purchase ledger function within a small office.

Duties:

·  Manage and maintain primary ledger inputs ensuring this is completed in a timely and accurate manner

·  Assist with the preparation of payment runs and managing supplier queries

·  Assist with inputting invoices into the system

·  Liaising with suppliers and contractors in the business both face to face and over the phone

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Good communication skills

·  Good organisational skills

·  Strong numeracy and literary skills

·  Purchase ledger experience
