Are you an experience finance assistant, preferably with some purchasing experience?
Are you looking for temporary work with the potential of a permanent role?
If so, we are currently looking to recruit a purchasing / finance administrator for an organisation in North Tyneside
Duties to include the following:
Raising purchase orders
Invoice queries
Raising stock codes
Raising supplier codes
Negotiate prices
Stock held off site report (monthly)
Daily purchase report (daily)
Overhead report (daily)
Machine and labour report (daily)
Plate report (weekly)
Toner and stationary (monitor)
BWOC fuel cards (monitor) (weekly)
Outstanding order report (weekly)
Supplier meetings (as and when)
