Project Team Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a world leading engineering rail company currently interested in hiring a P roject Team Administrator. The successful candidate will join their fast-growing team as an integral member, providing support on a major rail and construction based in London.

The successful candidate will be required to understand working in a project environment and will be required to assist with the day to day administrative support of the team.

·  Location: Westferry, London

·  Pay: £10-£15 p/hour

·  Type: Temporary

·  Duration: 26 Weeks

·  Start Date: 04/11/2019

Duties:

The team administrator will be expected to work closely with the team management to:

·  Daily tracking of site shift reports by all members of the site team.

·  Provide a weekly look ahead of work scheduled.

·  Keep training and induction records up to date and request info from site engineers as required.

·  Ensure all documentation and processes are updated weekly

·  Performed a variety of administrative/supportive tasks accurately and to predetermined deadlines

·  Ad-hoc tasks to support the department, project management and project controls teams

·  To maintain accurate and legible records in respect of project and client activities

·  To liaise with the engineering and project management teams regarding metrics

·  Maintain tracking spreadsheets for all process and activities

·  Liaise with management team and project planners to plan and forecast future works

Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Adaptable team member

Requirements:

·  Capacity to communicate both verbally and in writing to a high standard

·  Good interpersonal skills

·  Competent in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·  Genuine enthusiasm for Health & Safety

·  Good data sourcing management capability

·  Ability to create, manipulate and transfer data between spreadsheets with ease.

·  Ability to request, follow up and drive engineers for information as required

·  Ability to easily integrate into a team

·  Proactive and motivated individual able to work well under pressure and 'think for themselves'
