Project Co-ordinator - Instore point of sales materials required to join our clients research and development organisation based in Brooklands. Our client owns and represents a variety of market leading brands and products across numerous product ranges including Health, Beauty and Home care. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Brand Operations In Store Expert to join the organisation on a temporary basis.

Location: Brooklands
Start date: ASAP
Duration of assignment: 5 months (with potential to extend)
Hours: 37.5/week
Pay Rate: £13.05 increasing to £14.85 / hour (circa £25,500 - £29,000)

The role is for a project coordinator who will be looking after the creation of instore Point of Sale Materials. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales departments, production company and the budget owner and ensure that the materials are within budget, and produced and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

* Point of Sale material execution for the well-known consumer goods brands/categories
* Work closely with brand marketing teams , Commercial Teams and Sales (Account Managers) and in-house project management agency to execute instore material flawlessly
* Receive brief, design point of sale menu, work artwork approvals with marketing, and budget approvals and cost updates
* Lead work with in house production partner and brief them on work is to be done
* Ownership of the brands, i.e. request Purchase orders, ensure invoices are paid & goods are received, and keep budget trackers updated.
* Own and take accountability for the brands and POSM projects under their responsibility.
* Engage & enable key business stakeholders and execute with excellence on time

The Person:

* Point of Sale Materials or Brand Operations/ Management experience
* Previous experience working with marketing and sales departments
* Strong project management skills & ability to own & drive a CPS (Cost Per Sale)
* Knowledge of artwork processes and passion for marketing & instore would be preferable
* Strong collaboration and ability to proactively lead multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with various internal and external contacts
* Very good attention to detail
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Good MS Office skills
