My client, a top provider of survey data based in Maidenhead, is looking for one lucky candidate to join their team as a Project Co-ordinator.

My client is a growing company with long term aspirations to expand through the UK. The Project Coordinator will report to the Resource Manager, and support the Project Managers. On a daily basis the Project Coordinator will interact with the Site Manager, Technical Administrator, Data Analysts, Project Managers, & offshore team. Overall responsibility is for client care, analysis and processing of data produced by transport survey software, and report delivery. In addition is the expectation of the ability to manage a series of projects and tasks cost-effectively, efficiently, to deadline and to the highest quality standards in our industry.

The Project Coordinator role will consist of:

Achieve target dates agreed with the clients
Ensure that each project is appropriately managed and monitored
Ensure procedures, quality controls and file management strategies are continually adhered to
Manage the quality of our completed work to the highest standards
Support the analyst teams with production tasks
Ensure that the appropriate levels of equipment are booked with the site team for any specific project

Desirable qualities:

Civil Engineering background, ideally within the transport sector
Clean drivers licence

Package

The role comes with a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave and an additional period of leave over the Christmas period (usually 4 days), company pension scheme.
