Are you highly motivated? Do you have great attention to detail? Have you go the ability to accomplish projects with limited supervision?

Our client is looking for an experienced project coordinator to effectively oversee multiple projects and support live events.

This is a varied position with travel and overnight stays in Europe will be required. Duties are varied but will include:

·  Assist with pre and onsite event/live meeting and exhibition production

·  Be client facing on calls/skype meetings

·  Assist with financial management tracking to reconcile stages of a project

·  Providing quotations

·  Preparation and maintenance of project plans and schedules

·  Keep accurate minutes of meetings and produce reports

·  Contribute to presentations and proposals

·  Proof reading

·  Oversee designated creative briefings

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

·  Enthusiasm

·  Motivation

·  Flair for creativity

·  Excellent literacy skills

·  Proficient in MS Office

·  General awareness of digital/technical industry

·  Lateral thinker with a keen eye for detail

·  Excellent proof-reading skills

·  Excellent interpersonal skills
