Do you have experience of managing projects?

My client a software company based in Maidenhead are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will need to drive and have access to a car!

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and delivering project activities in partnership with the Consulting Practice Manager.

As the owner of the booking system this role is integral to ensuring that all information is up to date, and that any issues are escalated and resolved as quickly as possible to ensure there is minimal negative commercial impact.

The role will also be required to action some Junior PM tasks as required, as so would suit a candidate with aspirations to become a Project Manager in the future

You will:

Review the resource planner on a daily basis in partnership with the Consulting Practice Manager;

Chair the weekly PRB meetings and ensure that all data is shared with the relevant PM in advance of each meeting;

Escalate resourcing issues to Consulting Practice Manager and suggest solutions;

Generate the weekly billing reports to ensure all reporting figures to the business are accurate;

Ensuring all consultants are resourced effectively and any clashes in the diary are resolved;

Book delivery team member inductions in partnership with the HR & Talent Manager;

Advise on internal process improvements with the Consulting Practice Manager to ensure continuous improvement within the department;

Act as Project Manager for projects
