Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Administrators to join a fantastic company in their Manchester City Centre based head office to support their technical data and client support team.
You will be working on a busy tech migration project helping move clients from one system to a new upgraded version of the platform.
Experience required for the role:
A technical administration or customer support background would be an advantage as you will be managing high levels of data
An excellent level of attention to detail to process information accurately
Using CRM and Excel systems to process data
Assist internal and external operations departments with migration of information
Professional, self motivated, driven and methodical
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team
This role is temporary with a start date of 6th September and will continue until December 2021. There could be the opportunity to stay with the business longer for the right candidate.
There will be hybrid working which will mean about 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
