Our Client is looking for candidates to work in the production washroom. You will be mechanically minded. Ideally You will need to be able to have any of the following attributes.

Maintains H&S, Quality and Hygiene Guidelines at all times.
Perform efficient and accurate changeovers of Filling equipment across production lines whilst following relevant standard operating procedures.
Perform C.T.I. / C.I.L and hygiene tasks on a daily and weekly basis as per rota.
Contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities as required (Rapid Improvement Events, Projects, Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
Follows basic Trouble Shooting Processes in order to address filling issues in a timely manner.
Provide information and training to new line staff (temp and perm) to support organisational needs as well as generating content for Work Instructions etc.
Work alone and as part of a team to ensure that production needs are met whilst maintaining customer demands at the lowest possible cost.
Continuously look at ways to drive waste reduction and assist in implementing improvements where required.
Report any equipment issues found to responsible persons to ensure all parts are maintained to a high standard.
Support/assist production needs as and when required.
Carries out filler changeovers in full to training and procedures.
Assist in Format changeovers where required.
Carries out Operator planned maintenance tasks to schedule â€" autonomous maintenance.
Understands set up sheets and centre lines (where possible) and report changes.
Good knowledge of equipment, process (line running criteria) and procedures (one point lessons/work instructions).
Proficient in current electronic shop floor control systems (timesheets/swab result reporting)
Participates in Washroom and line activities.
Carries out informative, shift handovers, taking responsibility for actions and outcomes.
Assist in Planning activities where required to effectively meet customer requirements.
Completes and understands all relevant Washroom documentation.
Understands and participates in daily reviews.
Good housekeeping. Work area always clean. Correct tool / part storage. Spillages cleaned up. Reporting defects

The shifts will be on a rotation bases Monday to Friday shift 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am to 1230pm and opposite shift being Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm and Friday 1230pm to 7pm.
