Our Well established client in Ashford, Kent is looking for individuals to complete a 12 month fixed term contract as a Production Operative (no Combi truck license required).

Location: Kent, Ashford

Salary: £17,500 for the first 12 weeks and then rising to £19,000 after 12 weeks. The shift allowance for the rotation shifts are £2604 per annum and the weekend shift allowance is £5100 per annum. Bonus of £333.33 per month when working the month of weekend shifts.

Hours: 6-2 2-10 for 1 month and they will also be required to work weekend shifts for a month of 2 x 12 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday and 1 x 12 hour shift in the week.

The roles are spread across all areas in production, Liquids, Mouldings and Powders.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need the following:

·  Experience in factory environment or similar ideal but not essential

·  Experience of Operating machinery/equipment in production environment or similar ideal but not essential

·  Good English speaking and reading skills

·  Demonstrate understanding of Health & Safety

·  Willingness to work to target/KPI's
