Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding Bristol based company who design, develop and manufactures for the medical industry, changing lives for the better. They have won awards for their work. This is an exciting time to join them, they will provide full training for become a fully fledged Production Technician with this fantastic company - they want people who want to grow and develop with the company. This role will start as temp to perm trainee and after a successful 3 months training, you will be employed with them as Production Technician.

The Production department are looking to expand with enthusiastic and highy motivated trainees. The role will initially focus on your training and development where you will learn how to make components using 3D printers, how to process and assemble the parts, and how to test the final product to ensure that it meets their highquality standards. Key tasks when trained will be:

-Using and maintaining our collection of 3D printers.

- Processing goods in and goods out for accurate stock levels

- Processing a wide range of components so they can be used in the products

- Assembling, testing and packaging customer orders

- Working within the team to meet deadlines and production targets

- Training future members of the production team.

The person:

- You will love working with your hands and have good dexterity. You may have evidence of this competency from model making in your degree, assembling things from home, hobbies that involve making things

- You are likely to have experience of workshops or production and be comfortable using hand tools with the required attention to detail

- Past experience using 3D printers, soldering irons and dyeing techniques is preferable but not essential.

More importantly, you will be someone who strives to do well in work, wants to continuously develop themselves and be able to work to targets.
