To supervise the team preparing, processing, finishing, repairing or dispatching items to required quality standards using appropriate equipment improving productivity and efficiency for the end customer.

You will be responsible for continuous improvement within the business and take responsibility for ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to and pre-agreed delivery dates are met.

As part of the role you will enthuse your team and strive to ensure good harmony and communications throughout the firm whilst working to ISO standards.

Good IT skills are also required for the role to include Excel.
