Finishing Operative

Temporary

£9.20 per hour Days

£10.40 per hour Nights

Are you looking for a flexible temporary position in one of the fastest growing Manufacturing companies in the UK? The ideal Finishing Operative must be computer literate, able to work safely with a variation of tools and have strong attention to detail and is able to choose the hours of work based on your availability.

We are seeking a Finishing operative who is able to trim plastic parts in accordance with customer requirements using hand and power tools such as knives, band saws, grinders and sanders. You will support the injection moulding presses and identify quality issues. The ideal candidate will have production experience.

The working hours available -

·  6am to 2pm (Monday to Friday)

·  2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday)

This role will appeal to an enthusiastic individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to react effectively to rapid changes in prioritsation. Exceptional attention to detail, communication and time management skills are essential for this Finishing Operative role.

You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives. Exceptional time management, communication skills and attention to detail are a must and you must be computer literate. Manufacturing/production experience is essential.
