Adecco are proud to be working with a long standing company based in Margate who are currently seeking a Production Operative - we have day shifts and night shifts available for this role.

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday, with 3 shifts available.

Your duties will consist of:

·  Undertake as directed by the Shift Supervisor to produce and pack finished product.

·  Comply with hygiene regulations and systems in place to conform to the standard

·  Check that product meets size, weight and quality requirements - and complete documentation as instructed by Shift Supervisor.

·  Ensure correct labelling, batch coding and dating of boxes.

·  Report back to Shift Supervisor any problems, discrepancies or faults relating to the job as soon as possible.

·  Carry out other sundry duties as required and instructed, to ensure smooth running of factory.

·  To follow Company Health and Safety advice whilst at work, and to report any concerns to your Shift Supervisor or to your H&S representative.

Note: Team Leader has overall responsibility for the shift and instruction will be taken from him/her if Shift Supervisor not available.

This is a full time, permanent role being paid £7.83 for day shifts and £8 for night shifts.
