Adecco are seeking to recruit a Production Manager for our global company. Perhaps you're an experienced Mechanical Assembly Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? This could be the opportunity that you have been waiting for!
This role will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment that prides itself on quality, whilst continuously looking to drive and improve efficiency, within set budgets.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the management of the following; Stores Manager, Assembly Team Supervisors, Production Planners and cell leads. As part of the Management team you will be working closely with the Manufacturing Manager and be responsible for assisting with the assembly, Stock holding and Scrap.
You will also be responsible to plan and organise Production Schedules, ensuring products are produced right first time and that customer requirements are met always.
As part of the role, you will also work closely with the HR Manager to ensure well-being of staff and peaks in business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Working knowledge of AS400 MRP system would be an advantage. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally within a high quality driven mechanical assembly environment. IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
