Job Title: Production Manager

Location: North Lincolnshire

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 per year

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

·  Lead and manage a team of two shift managers

·  Drive efficient production processes to achieve production plans and meet targets

·  Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and staff

·  Train and develop staff to drive positive change and improve performance

·  Oversee staff recruitment and ensure adequate staffing levels

·  Assess and review staff performance

·  Monitor and report line figures and production pack outs

·  Provide flexibility in working patterns to support business needs

Are you a strong, driven individual with a passion for production management? Our client, a leading food industry organisation, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. In this exciting new role, you will have the opportunity to lead from the front, motivate your team, and drive forward the production process adopting and implementing the principles of 5S.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of two shift managers and ensuring the attainment of production plans. Your excellent leadership skills and business acumen will be crucial in driving line performance and achieving final pack attainment. You will also play a key role in staff training, moving the team forward with positive change and continuous improvement.

Our client is looking for someone with a calm positive demeanour, who can overcome obstacles and build relationships with all key stakeholders and staff. In addition, you will be responsible for staffing, labour KPIs, and recruitment, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet production targets.

This is a permanent role, with working hours from Monday to Friday (8: 30am until 4:30pm). The organisation offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
