Position: Line Technician
Location: Enfield, Middlesex
Salary/Rate: £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
Type: Permanent, Full time
Shift patterns: 3pm - 11pm (Monday - Friday)
Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for newly created Line Technician vacancies as part of an exciting new project on behalf of our client in Enfield, Middlesex.
To ensure safe, effective and efficient running, basic maintenance, changeover and troubleshooting of the production lines, whilst maintaining health & safety and high quality standards. The successful candidate will also be an important member of the new site and will play a pivotal role in on-boarding new staff within the factory.
Key areas of this role include but are not limited to:
* Health & Safety
* Quality assurance
* Line management
* Continuous improvement
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience within a similar role (experience operating machines & running of lines would be desirable)
* Previous factory experience
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to analyse and suggest improvements and alternative methods of working
* Energetic and willing to learn
* Excellent timekeeping, flexibility & reliability
* Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
* Safety awareness
* Previous leadership and/or supervisory experience
* Ran film lines before
* Able to start immediately
* IOSH, manual handling, FLT experience
