Production Line Operative

Location: Bishops Stortford

Salary: £23,500 - £25,500 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am (4 on 4 off)

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Production Line Operative on behalf of our client based in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Main Responsibilities

·  Machine Setter, Proficient at all processes with Department.

·  Ensuring Hygiene Standards are met

·  Basic Machine Setting and Adjustments

·  Stock Control

·  Production Quality Control

·  Attend & Complete on-the-job training programmes as required

·  It is a requirement that all PPE is used correctly and in the manner it was designed.

·  Elements of the role may be physically demanding, requiring the operative spending long periods of time standing and working within multiple temperature environments.

Person Specification

·  Knowledge of SAP & IT Systems (Excel/Outlook)

·  The ability to work to targets and deadlines

·  Good practical skills

·  The ability to work quickly and methodically

·  A pro-active approach to problem-solving skills

·  The ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team

·  Ability to communicate with all levels of the business

·  A willingness to learn new skills

·  Effective decision making skills
