My client are looking for a strong administrator with customer service skills and experience in procurement to join their global and successful company in their London head office.
Requirements
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· Available for at least 1 year
· Able to work in a full time role-Monday to Friday
· 1-3 years of experience studying or working in procurement
· Inter-personable skills
· Problem solving skills
· Generalist procurement skills
· Preferred industry exposer in, IT/Telcom, Internet, Financial Services, MarComm or MarTech, BioSci, or Medical
· Fast learning in a very changeable and quick-move environment
· Patient with sense of customer care, open-minded and willing to pro-actively communicate with others
· Advanced computer skill, familiar all kinds of MS office software, esp. Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities
· In charge of End-to-End online procurement process, mainly operation in the client's procurement IT system
· Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve their questions, doubts and concerns about procurement system and process in a time manner
· Handle low-value sourcing projects in a timely manner with guidance from Line Manager
· Data reporting on a regular basis
Please note you must be fluent in Mandarin.
