Job Title: Printer Installer/Repairer
Field Service & Support Technician / Engineer (Digital Printers)
Salary: �26,000-�32,000
Hours: Full Time
Location: Poole, Dorset

Our client, a well established digital printer & printing systems company, is looking for a field installation, service and support technician / engineer to be based in their Poole head office.

The role will be responsible for:
- Installing new products at customer's site
- Servicing and fixing products at customer sites or product returned for fixing in the service department
- Providing support to customers via telephone / apps as appropriate

It is a genuinely interesting and varied role. But the candidate will need to have flexibility on travel and being away from home at times.

The ideal candidate will have a good practical knowledge of printers ideally gained through:
- working for a printer / copier dealership or distributor
- working within, or for, a manufacturer of printers and or copiers
- working in a larger organization installing and servicing and supporting a fleet of printers

Candidates must also show the following attributes:
- Enjoy using and understanding new technology
- A sense of urgency and focus when required
- Good listener as well as good verbal communication
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A full driving licence and passport
- Knowledge of some graphics software would be an advantage
- The candidate must be willing to travel and be away from home on occasions
