Press Setter -Operative

Monday to Thursday 8 - 5 with a 12 pm finish on a Friday

Permanent Position, interview to take place immediately

My client is looking to recruit a Press Setter - Operative to join the team on a permanent basis, this role requires the successful applicant to be self motivated, demonstrate attention to detail and able to work as a team or individually

Duties to include:

Pre-setting and setting of tooling and die sets within power presses

Signing off presses to ensure they are conforming

Produce accurate, high quality components efficiently whilst working to a schedule

Ensure correct paperwork is completed for traceability

Highlight faults to Engineers/area coordinator

Measure and inspect first offs

Ability to use both electric and manual pallet truck

Perform basic PPM checks
