An opportunity for candidates who may not have years of office experience, but have excellent customer service skills and a vibrant personality that would really shine within this temporary 6 month position, based in MOULTON PARK, Northampton.

This financial organisation pays £10ph and the hours of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

The team take incoming calls from customers and 3rd parties, where you will be there for the customers, ready to answer PPI queries and investigate candidates going through the application already.

A credit check and criminality check will be completed before you are able to start which will require proof of address dated within the past 3 months. You will also be required to provide references for the last 2 years.

Skills, Experience, Personal Qualities:

* Good telephone manner is essential
* Proven customer service and administration experience desirable
* A background in financial services would be ideal but isn't essential.
* Ability to listen, empathise and inspire confidence
* Need to be able to work as part of a team
* Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* PC Literate - Outlook, Word & Excel
* Ability to prioritise workloads and demonstrate organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Quick learner, flexible, able to multi-task and problem solve

You will work in a call centre environment with free on site parking, restaurant, subsidised Gym and coffee shop. They also host several stalls throughout the year selling cakes, books, shoes etc as well as Christmas stalls in December. There are excellent transport links with Buses from central Northampton which drop off and pick up from the front of the building.
