This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as a Mortgage Applications Case Owner on a temporary basis in Bournemouth .

Rate of Pay : £8.52 per hour

Contract Length : 3 months (Potential for contract extensions after 3 months if achieving all KPI's)

Hours : 35-hour week Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location : Portman House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth, BH2 6EP

Overview:

As a POP Case owner, you will be required to complete a variety of risk critical tasks using 6 different systems to finalise mortgage applications. You will be working in a target driven, fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for releasing funds to Solicitors. Before funds are released, you will be required to assess the 'Certificate of Title' which is a legal document provided by the Solicitor. This will include validating Customer & Solicitor information, data input & file management. You will have a checklist to complete & support will always be available. The training period is 10-12 weeks, during this time your work will be 100% quality checked until you are fully competent in your role. You must be efficient & demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure while prioritising your workload. The role is predominantly admin based, however on occasion you will be required to correspond with Solicitors, Brokers & Customers.

Experience: Previous admin experience in an office environment is essential. Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)

Although this is a 3-month rolling contract, this could be a temp-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Business Area Name & Background:

The Mortgage Works are the specialist lending arm of Nationwide, and in order to ensure a positive broker experience the Intermediary Liaison Team are responsible for preparing mortgage applications for underwrite. This may involve chasing brokers for outstanding information to ensure the applications basic requirements are sufficiently met in order for an underwriter to make an informed lending decision.
