We are looking for a dynamic policy officer, required for a short-term piece of work to support a local authority's Children's Social Care improvement programme. A new social care practice model is being implemented which requires the review and update of a number of children's social care policies and procedures. We need an experienced policy officer to complete this work in a timely manner. Approximately 25 days funding has been allocated for this work to be completed.

With experience in undertaking review of policies and procedures ideally in children's social care but not essential you will work in drafting and consulting on policies and procedures
