* To carry out the day to day responsive maintenance plastering repairs and associated Multi Trade tasks to social housing
* To carry out to a satisfactory standard all work detailed on schedules/job tickets or as instructed by the area manager/co-coordinator
* To maintain tools and equipment in good working order
* To keep material usage to a minimum consistent with the required quality of work
* To prepare material request and drawings as required
* To use appropriate equipment, e.g. scaffolding, platforms and plant as necessary
* To maintain the smooth running of the section and provide an effective service in the absence of the staff

Own tools required, working Monday to Friday full time hours.

The successful candidate must have a clean UK driving licence and previous experience of working in Social Housing.

You must also be able to work to a high degree of accuracy under pressure, have strong organisational, planning and time management skills and be good at encouraging and motivating other people
