We are currently recruiting for a planning officer to work at The London Borough of Ealing within the Development Control team.

The Role
As the planning officer at Ealing Council, You will play an important role of assisting in the provision of an efficient and effective development control planning service. To carry an appeal caseload and prepare statements setting out the Council's case on appeal. Subject to experience, to appear as Council expert witness at Informal Hearings and Public Inquiries.

Location:Ealing Council

Hours: 35 hours Mon to Fri (9:00:AM - 17:00:PM)

Duration: 3 Months

Rate of Pay: £18.63

Who are we looking for?
As the Planning Officer for the Development Control team at The London Borough of Ealing we are looking for someone who has:

Essentials:
*Experience in processing planning applications
*Knowledge of Planning legislation

Desirables:
*Project management work
*Customer service experience
*Planning experience
