Planner

Adecco have an exciting opportunity join a well established Energy and Services Company in Stockport as a Planner on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Location: Rotherham

Salary : £12.66

Duration: 5 months initially

Working shift: 40 hours per week over 7 days between 8.00am - 6.00pm

Job description:

As a Planner you will be working with local area teams, both field and office based, and will ensure the planning and optimisation applications are utilised consistently and efficiently

Duties:

·  To manage the labour availability process, liaising with field teams to gain an accurate view of labour availability in the future

·  Proactively manage field absence and input into our system to enable forward planning

·  Own the relationship with the Field Service Manageress to ensure we maximise our resources

·  The planner will monitor our forecasting tool to ensure we book the correct volume of planned works depending on capacity, to allow our reactive works to be prioritised

·  The planner will contact our customers to book their services, having great conversations and delivering excellent customer experience

·  The planner will be responsible for managing some subcontractors

·  The planner will have some responsibilities for reviewing capacities and settings within the system to ensure the dispatch model is effective

·  The planner will organise handovers with the dispatch team to ensure all people are aware of any resource issues or changes required

·  Manage any complaints which may occur from our customers through the planning journey

·  Take part in continuous improvement model, ensuring we embed our new strategy and improve where necessary

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Previous experience in scheduling engineers is desirable

·  Passionate about Customer Service

·  Strong administration skills

·  Excellent Microsoft Office skills

·  Ability to prioritise own workload
