Pipeline Estimator

Our client, a market leading engineering manufacturing company are currently looking to recruit a pipeline estimator to work closely with the Sales Department & Piping Division Manager

Duties Include but are not limited to:

·  Answering urgent queries.

·  Liaising with Supply Chain for prices by phone & e-mail.

·  Producing Estimates for the Sales Team in a timely manner.

·  Review and evaluate cost estimates

·  Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products

·  Prepare cost analysis

Skills/Experience Required:

·  A general understanding of engineering and/or sales would be desirable but not essential.

·  Knowledge of pipe, flanges & fittings would be advantageous but not essential.

·  Attention to detail

·  Must be computer literate

·  Good level of interpersonal skills

·  Good planning, organising and prioritising skills

·  Ability to make decisions

·  Ability to use initiative

·  Ability to implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

·  High level of honesty and integrity
