My Client who is an established family owned Insurance brokerage, are seeking a Personal Lines Account Handler to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be required to assist in providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new customers.

Duties will include:

·  Developing relationships with clients and ensuring their insurance requirements are met

·  Retaining and growing your portfolio of both personal and commercial insurance clients

·  Ensuring you are complying with FCA regulations at all times.

·  Updating information regarding renewals, new business and MTAs through the system.

·  Assisting clients with any enquiries regarding their policies.

Requirments

·  To currently possess experience within Insurance, preferably Personal lines.

·  Willing to study towards or already working towards/obtain the Cert CII Qualification

·  Sufficient with all Microsoft office packages; Word, Excel and Outlook

·  Ideally experience of using Open GI system

·  Excellent telephone manner

·  Highly organised and have the ability to prioritise

In return our client can offer a Modern working environment with plenty of car spaces available, a starting salary of £16,000-£19,500 depending on experience, and a working week 35hours Monday-Friday (flexi time). Progression to become an Account Executive and other routes for progression including study support and funding to gain your certificate within insurance.
