Personal Assistant/ Portfolio Manager

Location: London Bridge, London
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + excellent company benefits
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Adecco London are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/ Portfolio Manager to join our entrepreneurial client, situated in the heart of Borough Market (London Bridge). The successful candidate will be joining a team of 6 and will provide 'all-rounded' support to the CEO and the rest of the office. This position is truly a unique opportunity within a growing organisation that can offer career development and a great place to work.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a property/ sales progressor background and be looking to grow their career within the real estate industry.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Personal Assistant to CEO - 30%:

·  Acting as the first point of contact

·  Providing comprehensive and confidential secretarial support

·  Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

·  Occasional diary management

·  Liaising with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the team and office and ongoing effective communication

·  Organise and deal with correspondence

·  Collation of information for reporting purposes

·  Support with projects and events

·  Formatting and typing letters, presentations

Sales progressing/Portfolio manager - 70%:

·  Being first point of contact for clients (inbound)

·  Preparing weekly sales reports on leads and progression

·  Liaising with interior designers and contractors

·  Support with managing a portfolio of up to ten properties

·  Progressing and monitoring sales

·  Overseeing and understanding the conveyancing process

·  Dealing with any issues that arise i.e. Snagging and deflects

·  Ensuring procedures are recorded and adhered to managing price negotiations

·  Organise/ attend in-property viewings

·  To secure the sale of new homes and achieve contract exchanges and legal completions

The successful candidate will be:

·  2+ years' experience within Property/ Real Estate would be desirable

·  Outgoing and energetic with

·  Entrepreneurial with a self-motivated attitude

·  Focused and determined to succeed

·  Interested in a career in Real Estate/ Property Development
