An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join one of our client's team, based in the City of London.

DUTIES:

Performance Reporting

·  Producing regular performance reports covering KPIs and objectives across the directorate

·  Providing guidance and support to teams across the directorate in terms of reporting and performance reviews, promoting alignment of objectives and KPIs across, to support the effective flow of performance data and management information across all levels of the organisation.

·  Prepare information/reports on performance data, using spreadsheets and graphs as needed.

·  Quality assure the reporting information supplied by the departments, ensuring it is accurate and complete, and that anomalies are flagged up.

Risk Management Support

·  Producing templates, presentations and other useful documentation to support the risk management framework and processes.

·  Ensuring risk management documentation is complete and filed appropriately in accordance with good governance standards.

·  Providing papers on risk management for key management meetings and boards.

·  Updating the directorate's risk register as required, ensuring amendments are accurate and complete.

·  Support Developing documentation for evaluating risk management processes, collate and analyse responses as required, with a view to ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.

Business Planning

·  Collate and analyse responses for the annual business planning process, with a view to ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.

·  Quality assure the business planning and reporting information supplied by other directorates, ensuring it is accurate and complete, and that anomalies are flagged up. Keep staff updated on relevant changes.

·  Assist in the preparation of other monthly monitoring reports of progress against the Business Plan for the within Estates and Facilities so that action can be taken when activities fall behind the Plan.

·  Coordinate contributions to the directorate business plan, collaborating with colleagues across the directorate and ensuring information is accurate and complete.
