·  Well organised and methodical with good attention to detail Willingness to work flexibly in support of our Education Support Worker and SL teams

·  Familiar with MS Office and willingness to learn how to engage with the spreadsheets ,databases and platforms used by the Virtual School

·  A desire to show initiative

·  Empathy with disadvantaged children and a strong desire to make a difference to their lives
