Rate of pay: £8.75ph

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, No weekends

Contract: 52 Weeks - potential progression within the business

Location: Portman House, Bournemouth

Within this role, you will be required to log and process administrative tasks. You will be completing simple processes such as organisational changes and Flexible working requests. You will be expected to educate employees and managers on employee lifecycle processes, handle high volumes of incoming transactions, diagnose problems/issues and to analyse information from a variety of sources and prioritise actions appropriately.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience of working in a HR service centre environment, have experience of entering employee data from a variety of sources, in a timely and accurate manner, into systems and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people from different backgrounds and across all levels. ability to provide suitable solutions based on information available,
