Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in providing key stakeholders with support and
advice in relation to pay and benefits matters.
 Ensure that all information relating to payroll that is
passed into the department is acted upon at the correct
time.
 Assist in the development of plans and timetables that
allows timely information and processing delivery (daily,
weekly, monthly as required).
 Maintain, in consultation with the team's manager,
procedure notes for the designated areas of responsibility
 Ensure the timely inputting of payroll data and completion
of payroll runs to ensure employees are being paid on
time each month.
 Contribute to a range of payroll projects and activities as
requested by the Payroll Manager.
Key Outcomes:
 All necessary work is completed on time in preparation for
Payroll.
 Positive feedback on pay and benefit advise is received
from key stakeholders.
 Relevant projects are completed successfully

Essential:
 Experience of working within a customer service
environment.
 Experience in payroll, compensation and benefits.
 Good multi-tasking and organisational skills.
 Excellent numeracy skills.
 Good oral and written communications.
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
 Experience of working in a shared services centre.
 Experience of pensions.
 Experience of payroll systems
