To provide timely and accurate administrative support service to the Human Resources Department including Payroll and internal/external customers, assists with general HR issues for the business, ensuring that a high quality, value added service is provided at all times.

This is a busy department that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Maintaining users' access to ADP self-service system for employees to enter leave/view payslips etc

·  Inputting new starter details in ADP iHCM

·  Variable payroll data entry

·  Resolving queries from employees at all levels of the business

·  Importing of bulk variable payments from csv or Excel files

·  Ability to assist in checking Payroll Manager's data entry

·  Preparing manual payment requests for authorisation

·  Entering court order deductions, checking they are processed correctly and then paid in a timely fashion

·  Data cleansing exercises

·  General office administration and filing/scanning

Essential Skills:

·  Understanding of PAYE and experience of HMRC forms and requirements

·  High level of attention to detail

·  Payroll (/HRIS) administration - payroll processing essential

·  Takes pride in the accuracy of their work

·  Comfortable working to deadlines

·  Numerate

·  Intermediate Excel skills

·  Two years' payroll software usage (/payroll aspects of integrated HRIS systems)

·  Takes a pro-active customer service led attitude to dealing with both our employees and external parties

·  Able to work autonomously

·  Dynamic and enthusiastic about change

·  Hands-on and able to deal with high volume tasks/data, as required

·  Happy and willing to help with data entry and administration of other HR teams' systems and software, as required
