ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Contracted Hours/ Working Pattern/ Times of Work
· Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
· Core office hours are 9.30am to 4.00pm with flexible working between 7.30am-9.30am and 4.00pm-6.00pm
Salary/Pay Rates
(incl. overtime rates)
· Up to £23,000 per annum. Dependant on experience
Grade/Level (PAYE only)
· TF3 - H/O
Payroll Benefits Package
· Monthly Paid
· Sick Pay: After 6 months employment, 4 weeks at 100%, 8 weeks at 50%, SSP thereafter
· Group Life Assurance: 4x annual salary
· Group Income Protection
· Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays. Upon completion of each years service holiday will increase by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days
· Pension auto-enrolment: Employer contribution 3%

· Payroll Administration for my client, based from the Peterborough Office.

Details of Role
(Specific detail, specialisms etc.)
· Processing Payroll including checking of timesheets, sorting queries, updating of payroll and mileage spreadsheets. Expenses payments. Reconciliations.
· Sub-contractor invoice inputting, sub-contractor calls and sub-contractor payments.
· Assisting purchase ledger, invoice inputting, purchase ledger phone calls as cover.

· Payroll experience an advantage
· Good keyboard skills
· Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
· Good telephone / communication skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
· Ability to prioritise work

· Work well within a team
· Flexibility to cover for other department members as required
· Display a professional image at all times
