Adecco are delighted to be working with our local client in Kilmarnock to find a Payroll Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a 14 month contract.

You will be responsible for administering and processing both monthly management payroll and ensuring all deadlines are met in order to guarantee our employees are paid on time as per the set payroll calendars.

You will have many responsibilities in this role, some will include:

* Ensure all time sheets and absences are accepted on their internal HR system
* Check for any anomalies and liaise with store and area manager
* Check monthly time sheets
* Carrying out pay calculations
* Checking out Right to Work Checks
* Holiday Pay Calculations for new starts, leavers and change of hours
* Answering calls and email queries

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

* Experience in a similar role
* Experience working in a fast paced commercial environment
* Exceptional Organisational skills
* Solid attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Adaptable strong work ethic and good team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
